I woke up hoping it would still be 3 am since I needed to work on a number of tasks online. I checked my phone and was upset to find out that it was already past five which made me wonder who created the snooze button because it’s one of the worst features an alarm clock has.
I got out of bed and onto the couch and brought out my laptop and started working. Then I saw some orange beams seeping through the window jalousies in my room. It was the sky and the sun starting to rise. My temper cleared up in an instant and I decided to take out my camera to snap.
I knew this was going to be start of a good day.

This was taken in Boljoon, Cebu. One of the places we were staying during a retreat with colleagues at work.

Actually, this is a sunrise. I just like to think that the sun was actually setting to add its lonely effect. hehe

In oIn Moalboal, Cebu, Philippines. My friend was lying on the sand, I had a hard time taking this shot because I couldn’t see the screen of the camera I was taking because the sun was so bright. Good thing I was able to capture a good one.
