It doesn't have a brush or pointer for you to try blurrying a particular part of the photo or painting it. Photoshop is much more advanced because it is the 'Photoshop'. Photoscape can just be downloaded for free when you search it through download.com. As for Photoshop, you have to purchase it (legitimate copy) for you to get it. I'm not that advanced though I'm planning to practice my photoshop skills. If you really want to edit pictures according to how pros do it, then you should go with Photoshop.
