Leaving now for Manila… but I haven’t even posted the pics from Davao. Oh woe is me, when will I be able to upload the pictures from my travels to edsnaps? I don’t seem to have the time already. Been pretty busy with work and such but I don’t want to give a tirade of rants just because I can because this is my blog. hehe.

Anyway, I’m just posting something for the benefit of posting. I’m also taking advantage of the free internet here at the airport. My flight is almost ready, I’m boarding the plane.

I wish to put more pictures here that are stored in my multiply account that’s marked private. But I can’t seem to find enough time, pasting a picture is a bit of a hassle considering that I have to make do with whatever third party photo-hosting storage I have. Unlike those social networking sites, you can just drag and drop and voila, you let the pictures do the talking.

Anyway, I’ll be leaving again next week. This time it will be on the northern part of where I am now. It’s nice to travel, especially when it’s free. I better shut up cause I might jinx whatever luck I have.

I joined a photo contest in our company and I’m happy that I won!

The concept was to take a picture of persons or things in a standing position and should be aligned with the theme “Together We Stand”. I already have some stock photos using my Olympus SW790 camera but Doi was hesitant since the matte print wasn’t as good as we thought it would be. Here are my original entries…

However, since Doi insisted on really getting a better shot using my Nikon D80, she figured on buying a new set of gummy bears and then take another shot. So off Doi, Audrey and I to SM. It was a bit embarrassing because we took this picture in SM Cebu and a few people were looking at us; as if I’m a professional one when I’m not. But hey, thanks to them, I won! Here’s the winning piece.
